Why can't I register an account with my email or phone number?

Your contact information may already be associated with an existing account. 
Try logging in or use the 'Forgot Password' option. 
If you're certain this is incorrect, contact support.

Why am I not receiving the registration verification code?

Check your spam/junk folder, ensure your phone has strong network coverage, and verify you entered your information correctly. 
Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting a new code.

My verification code expired. What should I do?

We do not currently support account creation from your region due to regulatory restrictions.

I get a 'Too many attempts' error during registration.

This happens when you've submitted the form multiple times with errors. 
Wait 15–30 minutes before trying again, or reset your browser/cache.

I successfully registered, but I can’t log in.

Double-check your email or phone number and password. 
Ensure you've verified your account via the confirmation link. 
If the problem persists, contact support.

I forgot my login password. How can I reset it?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen and follow the instructions. 
You'll need access to your registered email or phone to complete the reset.

Why do I get logged out immediately after logging in?

This may be due to browser issues, VPN interference, or session timeouts. 
Try clearing your cache or switching browsers. 
Disable VPNs temporarily.

I didn’t receive the login confirmation email or code.

Wait a few minutes, check your spam folder, and ensure you’ve whitelisted our domain. 
If you're using SMS, verify your phone supports short-code messages.

Why do I need to complete email/phone verification before login?

To ensure account security, verification is required for first-time logins, new device access, and high-risk logins.

Can I use social login (Google/Apple) to create an account?

Yes, we support social login. 
If you use it, ensure you always have access to that social account for future logins.

Can I register multiple accounts with the same phone/email?

No. Each phone number and email address can only be used for one account. 
Attempting to reuse may result in errors or policy violations.

I registered with the wrong information. How can I fix it?

After registration, certain fields (like name or country) cannot be edited due to KYC compliance. Contact support if correction is necessary before verification.

How do I change my login password for security reasons?

Log in and go to 'Account Settings' > 'Security' > 'Change Password'. 
You’ll need your current password and 2FA code.

My login attempt was blocked due to suspicious activity.

Your login may have been flagged by our security systems. 
Try again later or contact support for identity verification and assistance.
